About Jeff
Dear Neighbor,
I've spent my life in service to this community, and I'm asking for your trust to keep doing that work.

I grew up on Reservoir Avenue in Revere, one of seven kids raised by Rosario and Carol Turco. That upbringing taught me what hard work and community mean, and it's shaped everything since: Malden Catholic, UMass Amherst, and a cum laude law degree from Quinnipiac.
I started as a House page for the late Rep. William Reinstein, later served as Chief of Staff to State Senator Guy Glodis working on election law, insurance law, and the Commonwealth's post-9/11 response, and represented Revere and Winthrop on the Democratic State Committee.
In 2005, I became Special Sheriff and Superintendent of the Worcester County Sheriff's Office, then Special Assistant Attorney General, where I led the effort that won the institution its first-ever national accreditation. Since 2011, I've run my own practice, the Law Office of Jeffrey Rosario Turco, in Chelsea.
I've also given my time where it counts:
I served two years as Winthrop Town Council President and a School Committee member, six years on the Revere Beach Partnership Board (the last three as President), fifteen-plus years directing the McCarthy-Trifone Recreation Committee in Revere, where we raised over $1 million to keep youth sports affordable.
None of this happens without my wife, Melissa, and our six children — Rosario, Mary, Joseph, Dominic, Grace, and Matteo. They're my reason for staying in this fight.
